It did the job!

We wished the air conditioner had worked; hard to sleep when it's 80f in your room. However, Roseanne was going to adjust the price.

The friendly and helpful front desk employee made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location, close to the medical center and downtown, was ideal for my business needs. The staff as a whole were accommodating and some of the friendliest I've encountered in my frequent motel stays. The cost was a definite plus, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was reliable.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful even accomodating our "blue ice" for our ice chest in their freezer.

No complaints. Nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Liked the set up in the rooms with a counter and mirror outside of the bathroom. Liked the sitting area in the room. Appreciated that we could keep the room fairly cool as the weather was very hot while we were there.

Helicopters landing on the hospital roof next door in the middle of the night. The mattress was firmer than I like.

The fitness room was small but had the essential equipment - two treadmill-style machines - which was great for a quick workout. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to downtown and the freeway. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which provided a good night's sleep.

The mattresses and bedding were filthy, with hair on the sheets, mattress cover, and pillowcases. The carpet was also dirty, and there was garbage behind the headboards.

It was easy and affordable for a road trip and a last minute reservation.

It could use some updating and the wall paper was coming off the walls.

mountain valley inn exceeded my expectations during this stay in missoula. the friendly and helpful staff made my holiday enjoyable. the location was perfect and the price was reasonable. it was clean, comfortable, and close to downtown attractions.

Weak wifi signal in the room.

Location: the hotel was near to another room-everything okay, and the alley that ran behind the building. I dined close to the property at Bob Marshall's Biga Pizza. Booked a room literally in the bed. And the facilities were clean.

I liked the price and the breakfast was wonderful. Such a variety of coffees and many healthy breakfast items to choose from.

Outside appearance was not the greatest.
